Mamamy Reward Platform

Background:                  

A reward platform is the best way to engage with customers where the company will reward them with free items or vouchers if they get enough points. Mamamy runs a reward platform to offer their most-frequent customers to encourage loyalty as well as build a relationship with their target audiences.

Idea: 

With a QR stamp on every Mamamy product, we have built a reward app that allows our loyal customers to earn points and exchange exciting gifts by scanning QR code. 

We understand that moms do not have much time to shop so we design the app with clean design and simple flow. Not only does this app in which users just do several simple steps for earning points and exchange gifts, but it also shows the brand image, visibility, and user-friendly.

Impact:

We got more than 100.000 interactive users and customer satisfaction.
